Handover of phase one at Melody Gardens

We’re pleased to report we officially handed over 9 new houses and bungalow to Places for People on August 15 2019, ready for new tenants from the local area.

Progress on our landmark £6m affordable housing project has been fantastic, well ahead of schedule for both the houses and apartments.

Work continues on the remaining apartments, which are due for completion by the end of 2019.
