Our landmark £6m social development Melody Gardens continues to progress well ahead of schedule and budget

 We’re pleased to report excellent and ahead of schedule progress for the second quarter of construction work for Melody Gardens, in Salford. Our landmark £6M social project, in conjunction with Places for People and with construction carried out by local Salford based contractor Watson Homes is a mix of houses and apartments. 

This excellent progress so far puts the project far ahead of schedule. Upon completion, all 58 homes will be allocated via the Local Authorities Choice Based Lettings system to Salford residents who are in housing need.
