Welcome to Paragon House

Paragon House is located in the heart of the Trafford Civic Quarter which benefits from a 5 minute drive into the centre of Manchester and only 3 minutes away from Trafford Bar Metrolink station. The Paragon House scheme involve the conversion and full scale refurbishment of an existing office building to create 115 one and two bed apartments.

The works comprise of the internal strip out of the existing fittings back to shell and core and full internal fit out works to all floors including mechanical and electrical works, roof replacement and conversion of the existing plantroom to create new duplex apartments. 

 The scheme started on site with the Main Contractor Linear Design and Construct in May 2021 and is due to complete in August 2022.
